Jaromir Jagr has played his final game for the Czech Republic. Following Sundays 3-0 loss to Sweden in the bronze medal game of the IIHF World Championship, Jagr announced he was retiring from international hockey competition. "That was my last game for the Czech Republic," Jagr said. "Ill be back to play in the NHL next year, but I wont play for my country again." Jagr, who re-signed with the New Jersey Devils in April on a one-year contract, represented his country at the Olympics five times and an additional eight times at the World Championship.
